The idea of planning an event might come to some people easily and then there are others who are methodical in their approach to making sure all the details are thought out properly. For the last three years, I've sat back during our final planning session and taken a picture of the room and those within it.

Grizzly Fest 2017 was by far the best festival we've hosted in this our fourth year of existence but it didn't happen by chance, it happened in the war room, it happened within the shadows and light of a stadium, of the boardroom.

Slow and easy wins the race and we're racing to ensure this festival becomes/remains relevant for many more years to come.
