Borrowed Time...
IF a picture is worth a thousand words, I hope to provide you with at minimum a thousand words or more. Currently, I'm sitting on my writing pillows, with my feet extended, and mind opened to the fact I'm only here for a little while longer, on this planet.
This isn't going to be a sad post as there has been enough sadness over the last couple of days. So often you read or hear about someone taking their life and think, man their poor family and friends; now, I'm both family and friend that is left grieving. IF you feel as though you're alone, you're not, reach out to someone and share.
Over the course of the last few years, I've had the pleasure of standing in this very place and pressing the shutter release button on my camera, hoping the image returned is that of quality.
And now I'm here staring and listening to these words:
The Ends of the Earth by Luca Fogale
I'll find you In the light of the half moon In the sunlight that leaves us soon Anytime you are near
And I'll keep you From the grip of the winter cold From the stories that age us all And any cries that she hear
And when you run I'll run Into the depths of the deep black wild When you run I'll run To the ends of the earth for you, child
And you stumble In daydreams through backyards And never fearful to drop your guard Too careless to know
But still I long to See what my stubborn eyes won't And catch what your childish heart throws And the escape from these bones
And when you run I'll run Into the depths of the deep black wild
When you run I'll run To the ends of the Earth for you, child
When you run I'll run Into the depths of the deep black wild
When you run I'll run To the ends of the Earth for you, child

I'm on borrowed time and I hope when my time is up, I'll be remembered for making people smile, laugh, and think a bit. The happiest ones are often the saddest ones.
Love freely and honestly, you can also replace the word 'love' with whatever word you want to see in its place.
