On This Day...

Earlier today, I started to take to LinkedIn to write about the wrongs which I've faced during my 29yrs in the labor force. You see, today 2/10 was when I was fired from a banking job back in 2005. I'd never so much had been in any type of trouble when it came to the work/person I was but there was a man who taught me that life isn't always fair and those with the power can wield said "power" however they so choose to.

I've been wanting to call out the characters who thought they were bringing me down; little did they know God was merely planting a seed of perseverance and patience.

Thank you for the rocks thrown and the words expressed, always secretly but not always quietly.

I've been blessed and though I didn't understand much of what was taking place, at the time, I'm now able to see that there's always a plan.
